#92 Hell is Getting Fuller

Seems like we're running out of dictators.  We either need a new list or just finish this one off.  Keep in mind America, this last one has vowed to destroy the United States and Israel and was one of the master minds for taking Americans hostage back in 1979.  Don't let the smile fool you.
